After spending over 14 years managing multi-million euro budgets and international rollouts for global leaders, I noticed a critical gap in the market. Agile, ambitious companies often have excellent products and marketing vision, but they lack the enterprise-grade operational rigor required to actually sustain growth.
Throughout my B2B and B2C career, I saw the same recurring problem: external consultants delivering paper-perfect strategies that collapsed in the face of reality. They ignored a company’s actual operational constraints, the market dynamics, and the internal team capabilities. Time and again, I had to discard those beautiful slide decks, rewrite the Go-to-Market strategy, and lead the execution myself.

Prior to that, I managed comprehensive product launches for consumer electronics at Huawei, contributing to a 55% market share growth across the region.
Beyond consumer tech, I bring enterprise-grade rigor from the heavy industry and B2B sectors. I directed brand transformation and stakeholder communications across 4 European markets for global logistics leader C.H. Robinson, and delivered corporate innovation strategies at Grupa Azoty. This corporate discipline is grounded in highly diverse, hands-on operational experience. from driving e-commerce sales growth in premium jewelry designer Orska to building reliable public affairs activities and executing internal engagement programs in automotive manufacturing at Volkswagen Poznań.
